RALPH CIMMARUSTI

Ralph Cimmarusti has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to co-founding Westpac Partners, Ralph spent 8 years at Highland Partners Corp where he focused on tenant representation and development/consulting. At Highland, Ralph was responsible for the successful expansion of Randy’s Donuts, Del Taco, Fast5Xpress Car Wash and Pollo Campero to name a few.

Ralph commenced his career in 2003 with Trammell Crow Company and later went on to CBRE. While at CBRE he worked with Dunkin Donuts, The Palm Restaurant, Morton’s the Steakhouse, The Original Roadhouse Grill and was also responsible for the successful rollout of Chase Bank and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Ralph’s comprehensive understanding of retailer needs throughout the Southern California market allows him to bring a depth of knowledge and a unique perspective to each transaction based upon his extensive experience in the retail and restaurant field.

Ralph attended the University of San Francisco where he obtained a degree in Religious Studies.
